REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Thirty days. No theatrics.

If a piece does not meet your expectations, we make returning it straightforward.

The window You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to begin Write to us at [your email] with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will respond within one business day with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email when it is processed.

Exchanges The simplest path to a different size or piece is to return the original and place a new order. This ensures your preferred item is secured before it sells out.

Items that cannot be returned Final-sale pieces and gift cards are not eligible for return. Any such designation is stated clearly at purchase.

Damaged or incorrect orders If a piece arrives flawed or an error was made on our part, write to us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right at no cost to you.
